Chinese Nutritional Therapy

Lisa specializes in Chinese dietary therapy and has taught Chinese nutrition in various capacities since 1991. Chinese medicine recognizes that, like herbs, foods have particular beneficial properties. This nutritional approach focuses primarily on food, rather than supplements and vitamins.

The beauty of the Chinese nutritional approach is that it sees each person’s needs as unique. Dr. Wilson never prescribes across-the-board diets and always ensures that her dietary suggestions fit each patient’s food and lifestyle preferences. Clients report significant changes in energy, weight management and overall vitality after simple dietary adjustments.

Patients are free to ask for nutritional support during their treatment or to schedule a complete nutritional evaluation and consultation.

Individual and group cooking classes are available, as well as long-distance nutritional consultations.
